Five courses, in order
Read them in sequence. Each course resolves the obstacle the previous one exposed: see it, locate it, operationalise it, govern it, get it approved.
Start with course 01For those accountable for the outcome
Founder, CEO, partner, director or equivalent. Whoever approves budget, is accountable for return and signs the decision to continue or close an initiative, with or without a board in the structure.
Not for: anyone looking for a tool tutorial, ready-made prompts or an introductory overview. The Fundamentals track will be the right place once it is available.
An activity classification axis, an outsourced contract inventory, an operational readiness checklist, an operations inventory with an authority matrix and a one-page business case. All applicable by you, with no commercial contact.

01
Intelligence work, judgement work
Separating what follows an explicit rule from what takes judgement. The course ends by dismantling the “which tool should we buy” question.
- 02
Where you already outsource is where AI lands first
Reading outsourcing contracts as an opportunity map: intelligence share, existing budget line and why starting internally tends to stall.
Read course 02 - 03
Why your pilot never shipped
What separates a demo from an operation in production.
Read course 03 - 04
Who answers when AI gets it wrong
Operations inventory, accountability and authority per action.
Read course 04 - 05
The AI agenda your budget holder approves
Turning scattered initiatives into an agenda with sequence and continuity criteria.
Read course 05
Course 1 is open. Courses 2 to 5 depend on proprietary content still being defined by TheNeil and will be released one at a time.
How the sign-up works
The first lesson is open. From the second onward we ask for name, work email, company and four short answers that personalise the sequence. None of it unlocks a free diagnosis.
